Deposit Required: Appointments are officially confirmed only after your deposit is successfully received.

A deposit is required to confirm each appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be applied to the final service balance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Reschedules are accepted once per booking with at least 48 hours' notice. The deposit transfers to the new appointment. Subsequent reschedules require a new deposit.

A 15-minute grace period is observed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service at full price or may result in appointment cancellation.

No-shows forfeit the full deposit and may require prepayment in full to book future appointments.

The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash. Full pre-payment online is available for select services.

To ensure the safety, longevity, and high standard of our work, we do not perform services over product applied by other salons or technicians. Please disclose any allergies, recent nail trauma, or medical conditions affecting the nail bed prior to service. Becca Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service if the nail is compromised.

Complimentary touch-ups are available within 3 days for workmanship-related issues. For best wear, avoid hot water for 24 hours, wear gloves for cleaning, and apply cuticle oil daily. Book your next appointment within 3 weeks for healthy regrowth.
